Salman I don't think so, if Bajrangi didn't then nothing he makes will.

Srk could possibly fluke it again, if he stops making crap and people actually respect him enough not clash with him.

I don't think Thugs of Hindustan will break Dangal's record, simply because for this type of film it has to be an either Christmas or Eid release to make that much moolah, Diwali is the weakest of the three.

If it's a universally appreciated film like Dangal/3 idiots then I'd say yeah, Diwali or not.

CE ki luck thi otherwise fazool movie I wish 3 idiots ( my most fav movie ) ka record kisi achi movie se break hota CE se record break hone se to acha tha break hi na hota😆

Yea but TL could do very well if it clicks looks like it has content, TZH won't do as well, those times are gone since ek tha tiger.

Salman's films need to SUSTAIN only then they can do well, there's NO point in doing well for a weekend or 5 days or having big openings days thats useless if your films doesnt SUSTAIN. Its all about keeping consistent pace barring Bajrangi none of his films have. Sultan had records on the first few days but it had to literally SCRAPE the ground to get 300. Thats why i say the focus should not be on doing big for a few days then collapsing because only the END totals matter. Salman said the same thing himself but people are too obsessed with small stuff like opening days 5 days totals to understand that
