For someone who was prepared to thrash the movie, I loved the trailer. This is super different. Now I'm curious. I should have known not to write off Basu so quickly. Lesson learnt. The visuals are actually great thanks to Mr. Varman.
Katrina is not bad in such roles where she hasn't much to do. And she looks cute for the role. This does look more like Ranbir's movie too. Someone mentioned Harry Potter vibes, I felt the same. Is he actually siting on a broom at one point? And no matter what IF people love to believe, Ranbir is the best actor of his generation, point blank. Those expressions! Total winner. That last scene was hilarious.
I wasn't looking forward to even watching the movie, forget the theatre. Now I think I'm going to take a trip to the Cinema.
Seems like this is going to be Ranbir's next clean hit, without even controversies. Never thought BW could come up with Disney style movies. I wish another trailer releases with some head-toe of what the storyline is about. But then maybe, that is Basu's ball game.
