Watch his iv with anupama on YT to understand him better. He is who he is, unapologetic, unashamed and knows where he shouldn't put his foot. It's better to embrace your personality than being fake.

Karan has in the last 5 years become obsessed with getting attention. I'm watching the Lux Rose awards now and for 30 minutes he's been dancing, singing and fake-acting with Arjun in the name of hosting 😡 It's not like he lacks money, why does he have to go on every award show and make stupid double-meaning "jokes" 😕 we get it you're gay. He's got to realise he's over-exposed at this point and give the public a rest from his pathetic attention-seeking face.

i've watched sm of his initial IVs he was humble,down to earth,sm1 who looks up to his dad nd want to carry forward the legacy of dharma... cut to 2016 watching GOLden rose made me realised how much he has changed...the constant look-im-gay jokes,too much of singing nd dancing made me cringe... in one of the segments of GRA he said mere scene me ladke hi toh honge we knw it dude is it necessary to make it so obvious duh... i dont hate him...but im not his fan anymore

Why does Alia have to follow the rest of her contemporaries ? She is 23 only and she can smile and show 32 teeth if she wants. It actually sets her apart from the usual boring, diplomatic serious actresses. She is able to enjoy her youth and still give deep performances. What a balance. And no, i dont think she will suffer or struggle to find a director in the near future. It happens that dharma is the smart PH where they grab the new, budding or some established directors to their side. Even if KJO is to go, i think Alia is able to fend for herself.

As for the man himself, i think everyone changes over the years. He has become more cynical and i think his sour equation with Kajol is got to do alot with it. He sounds wounded almost. As for films or career i think he is at such a peak. He never had a flop with his films. How many candy floss directors can boast of a 100% success ratio? And he is collaborating left right center with telugu, tamil folks and is becoming quite the businessman.

Majority of the people have issues with Alia here. First she is Mahesh Bhatt's daughter aka star kid. Secondly she has the support Karan Johar, one of the master puppeteer in Bollywood. Imagine a star kid getting complete guidance from one of the most shrewd man in Bollywood. Third reason being people hold Alia's career responsible for the failure of boring Pseudo intellectual actors aka so called talented outsiders.
