Great Interview! Something about Ranbir has changed. He's became more calm and confident of his abilities. Like someone said earlier, he feels liberated! He's more optimistic about things. Is this Krishna dadi's effect? if so, continue staying with her, RK. You've gotten incredibly mature amidst your stay there.

P.S: Aneesha has such a crush on RK

Some interesting bits in the interview..Hopefully he doesn't work with KJo again and Karan dumps him for someone else cos despite whatever he says, i doubt he'l say no to Karan again..So am hoping Karan moves on and finds someone else 😆

P.S. Still not convinced about the break up..There are times am almost certain its a farce 😆

More than Ranbir, I feel as if Katrina would never lie about the break-up. She's always been a pretty honest up-beat person. But then this IS Bollywood and we never know. She might want people to talk about her 'acting' in JJ. I do hope they've broken up though. I don't care about the reason, I just like this Ranbir better.

He does seem a lot more himself nowadays. It's okay to be more fun and spontaneous and less of an intellectual sometimes. Keeps the mass appeal alive. That's always been his problem. Also, I differ on the 'being grounded'. If there's one actor who's always been humble in BW, it has to be RK, even if for the cameras. He's had to much scrutiny for his failures, it's probably helped him stay on the base.

This above sentence has so much of truth to it. There's never been a question on his acting skills. However, it is getting repetitive as well, as said somewhere in the interview. I feel as if 2017-18 is it. It can either carve his way for stardom, or can break him down. Ayan, Anurag and Hirani are all directors I'd trust to handle him. They better not disappoint my high hopes.

Some interesting parts of interview for lazy readers !!

You can put a group of the most hardened, cynical entertainment journalists together and they (we) will be bitchy, snarky, awful about most stars, but mention Ranbir's name and a sigh and dreamy shake of the head follows. ("That boy.")

I have extremely high expectations from myself, so just a hit film from the box office doesn't please me much. It needs to have a certain love, a certain ability to stand the test of time. Like Barfi! or even Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani or Wake up Sid or even a film that didn't do well like Rocket Singh. I think that these kinds of films have stood and after 10 years, people will recognise me for it or will speak about it. So I think that's my mark of success."
