Yes, many moms force their daughters so that they live a luxurious life. I can still imagine dad's doing this but mothers? A mother exploiting her own child is somewhat unbelievable but it does happen which is a sad reality

I just hope this movie doesn't glorify overambitious parents forcing their kids to fulfill their dreams and make them do things against their wishes.

👏👏👏👏👏

the attitude is "chalta hain" when the kid is successful!

people see the money from the outside and think parent did it for the best, but parents who physically abuse and control the kids can be very damaging for the child!

yuvraj singh has openly spoken about his father, but if even given a choice he wouldnt go through what his dad put him through...

no amount of success, money and fame is worth controlling and beating a child because parent is overambitious...

I don't think its wrong to make ur children work hard on something when u see the potential in them that yes they can do it. Most parents will take u to various activity and stuffs that the child wouldn't choose for themselves. Mostly a child will not have any idea what they want to do or can do. But parents can see that u can do something and push u towards it. Whats wrong is when they keep pushing u to something that u actually can't do but they just want u to keep doing it until u succeed whereas the failures are killing u. I think both these situations are different.

Also the fact that the story is based in North India where girls are mostly killed for being girls here is a story of a man who made sure nobody can treat his girls as something weak or inferior just for being girls. For him his girls were as good as the boys and they proved it right for him.Thats commendable. Ab zinda rahoge toh koi dreams pure kar paoge. Hopefully this movie will relatable to some people who still thinks girls are not worth that effort or time and kill them off.

May be they felt tortured at that young age but now I am sure they are proud of themselves and are happy their dad trained them, made them work hard to be successful wrestlers.
The way they beat up the boys, he saw the potential in them otherwise he would not force them to take up wrestling.

He saw the potential in them. The girls unknowingly were fighters even before he started training. (It was not an uninteresting activity and he pushed them). But yes, training might have been harder. Is there an easier way to success?
