LMAO. DP would have ruined the movie with her pathetic accent and dialogue delivery. Plus she doesn't look innocent anymore (her "lifestyle" is taking a toll on her face). Wth Anushka the character would've been overly bubbly and its hard not to stare at those duck lips.

Sonam brought a certain innocence and calm to the role. Plus it was easy to sympathize and feel bad for her.

Sonam looked the part so much but there were some scenes which I felt someone like Kangana would have made a huge difference.

About Deepika and Anushka ... may be .. not sure 🤓

Sonam worked really well as Neerja.

Anushka would probably do a good job. Deepika...a big no lol

Somehow Sonam irritated me in that movie...couldn't watch the whole movie as i wasnt able to side with the decisions of the character. But given any role Anushka will nail it and Deepika can do better job than sonam.

Sonam was right mix of heroism and vulnerability in that role. She is not big of star to overpower the movie. Hence actions were more believable and heart breaking.

Tapsee would have also done justice. No to DP or Anushka...

Sonam was really good

its hard to imagine someone else in her place.

She had the perfect looks and emotions for it.

Deepika...I don't think so

Anushka...Maybe

But still Sonam nailed it

Yes she would've done better if she was taken in the role of he psycho terrorist. The real Neerja was a brave person and it would've been wrong to her memory if she played by someone who is on the verge of losing her mental balance.
