SRK was behind Ash's career setback during 2003-2005. Kajra Re and Guru saved her career. I will never forgive SRK for sabotaging Ash's career. She got support from Mani Ratnam, Ashutosh Goweriker and Hrithik Roshan otherwise SRK was going successful in all his evil intentions to destroy Ash professionally.

Vivek Oberoi told it in KWK when he was dating Ash that no big director was signing Ash for unknown reason and those who signed were not starting those films for unknown reason.

It was clear SRK was behind it. SRK apologized to her but I don't think her fans can ever forgive this stupid man.

Look at the bright side. Aish expanded her horizons. We had versatile roles in Chokher Bali, Raincoat, Khakee, Bride and Prejudice. Plus she maintained her commercial hits in Dhoom 2, Guru, and Jodhaa Akbar. Her career path after Devdas was satisfying for me as a fan. I loved Umrao Jaan. Her roles are so versatile. Truly a underrated actress. 😲
