i think producer knew that movie will be released, the doubt was only 1 states where they bribed 5 cr.

shivaay rating just shows frustration of critics either due to his stand or due to money. it might not be grt movie but visual and action looks stunning atleast from trailer. even mirzya got 2-3 star 😆
