I have seen many Ellen interviews.

I found her rude in this one.

I like Ellen but in this interview she really did come across as mean.

I absolutely love Ellen but I noticed her behaving differently only once and that was a rather awkward interview with Kunal Nayyar. I haven't seen the interview with PC so I can't say.

Sorry I'm not "Indian" therefore not your stereotypical "touchy" so no one can use that excuse, and I watch Ellen all the time, but I still found her mean in this interview.

Ellen can be selectively vicious. As people have mentioned in the instance of Kunal, also with kris Jenner when she came to promote something. She was rude with her interview re OJ and Nicole and many YouTube comments called her out on it. Even when Khloe co hosted, it was weird and awkward,
The show in itself is great format, and she is a gear public speaker and host but Ellen isn't a good journalist or an interviewer to get past her own bias and present the guest in a neutral manner

Kind of really annoyed with these constant generalisations of 'touchy sensitive Indians' there are many Indians who liked the interview too- We have grown up differently than what is accepted in the US, have different opinions! Learn to take opinions people, no need to be so conscending all the time! Rude Lagi toh lagi - what is being touchy about that? No one is offended here, people are just stating what they felt! And most of these people havent watched Ellen so much and don't know what her type of humour.

Anyways the above argument is moot, when people who are NOT Indians finding it rude too.

this forum kapil kare to racist bebokoof etc. ellen kare to she is just having fun🤪 n what abt sensitive indians? bhai u nris need not to generalise us. atleast indians here r not killing minorities specifically black with guns in our country
