So how's it going? Hit or Flop.
I hope it will be hit.

Finally watched it over the weekend and I totally loved the movie. I delayed thinking it was an in and out action movie which I usually do not like but this was good action with story.

The music is just fab. Bolo har har is my fav since it released and it played so many times during the movie <3

What is the name of actress who played anushka? She is beautiful specially her eyes <3

Saw the movie. not a bad one. but not a good one for Diwali, Jan release would have been much better.

Ajay was in every screen ( same like SRK in ra.one). camera angles were Fab.. but after seeing the movie no plan to go bulguria ever :-)

Erika was good too, best i liked was Sayesha, not sure i spelled it right.. i like to see her more on screen. Vir das was a bit OTT.. but it was his character..

In 10 days, Shivaay has now surpassed the lifetime total of Fan [85 crore]. The film brought in 17.09 crore in the second weekend and with that its overall total stands at 87.5 crore. The Ajay Devgn directed, produced and enacted film is fighting it out on a daily basis and that reflects in the steady footfalls it has managing to gain.

After its fantastic promo (which was lauded by one and all), the film didn't really get much media support on its release. However, it did hold on well during the first weekend and then showed a big jump on Monday, followed by good sustenance on Tuesday. The weekdays to follow were decent and now in the second weekend too it has stayed on course. That has allowed Shivaay to stay in contention for the 100 crore club, where it would eventually reach.

Box Office - Shivaay surpasses Fan lifetime in 10 days

Of course the film has high costs involved and hence it would be interesting to see how the overall economics work out when the final tally is made. However for exhibitors in general, it has still been a good season, considering the fact that no new film had done well since the release of M.S. Dhoni - The Untold Story.

Now at least they have two films playing in theaters simultaneously, hence resulting in a breather of sorts for most in the supply chain.
