I saw this article about BW siblings. Guy in the middle is suppose to be Harshvardhan. Looks nothing like him.

Mohit Marwah's cousin. Not related to Sonam, but media often tags him as Sonam's bro or cousin coz he regularly attends bashes at Anil Kapoor's house.
