I feel sorry for KJO . He has no siblings , he can't get married to have a family and his mother is his only close relation left .
Till he is hot n happening, BW hotties will hang around with him. At certain age, specially after 40, it must feel odd to hang around with kids all the time . He is bound to feel out of place and too old.

He is trapped in his own world . He is judgmental and pretentious. He is trying too hard to break the shackles but it's too late now. His blogs off late point to some turmoil.

I dont understand people that dont think shes good looking, wasnt she a model before? shes definitely good looking and a good actress, I prefer her to deepika in acting (deepika is way more melodramatic/overacting imo)

Perceptions are perceptions, as long as they're honest. He probably felt she might not do well, and film-making involves lots of money and you would want to ensure certain things, hence he advised...

The kind of movies a filmmaker makes shows a lot about the psyche and thought process of that filmmaker. I don't know him personally, but judging by his movies and his movie characters, Kjo is a very sensitive person with a lot of emotional depth. Regarding Anushka, this is his job. Totally being professional.

He's not shallow. He's honest. There's a difference.

However then also, he's also not known to promote people other than star kids/ADs who've worked with him. Yet, he is still very frank about promoting them, so what's shallow in that?
