In our culture , groom and close relatives (yeah males as well ) also put on some mehendi for shagun , so yeah it happens 😆
Though personally i absolutely fathom mehendi be it for girls or guys .

I know in many parts of Rajasthan, Grooms are also required to put Mahndi but I don't think that applies here because Ayan isn't the Groom 🤔
