I think it's something else but I wouldn't be surprised if Ajay is the cause.

Kajol spoke very fondly and warmly about KJo during Dilwale promotions. In fact it was KJo who was cold at the time towards her as if he had some problem. So either something escalated in the last year, or KJo is more upset.
