That means he'll be paying the taxes from his own pocket? coz Govt. isn't gonna give him any tax holiday or exemption at all for sth like entertainment which is luxury and not basic. I might sound too preachy but why not invest that amount in sth better. Like Nana Patekar does?
I understand the need for entertainment but almost every city in India has single screens which don't charge a lot. Heck even PVR offers Rs. 75 per ticket for a movie on Thursday.

W*F does this even mean, tax free theatres. Since when can a Bollywood actor decide what to tax and what not to! He can lower ticket prices but he doesn't decide the tax, that's up to the Government of India and the tax department.

Sallu: Government meri jeb mein...😉

Sallu catering to his masses, but who will pay the taxes? Nation wants to know...😛

Is he planning to release only his movies and his extended family's movies in those theaters?

The only way it is possible is he will keep ticket prices low so that after tax is applied it costs same as what is the final price minus tax at other theaters.

I.e. in Delhi
ticket price 300 rs
Tax 20% - 60 rs
Total 360

He can keep ticket price 250 -
Tax - 50
Total Price - 300
