Help : I'm facing problem while uploading pics on IF

Can anyone please tell me or help me out. Dunno the reason I'm facing problem actually can't upload pics on IF. Like after posting the image's hyperlink & then when I pressed the post topic button a message is showing/coming in my display screen everytime that, "You message didn't contain valid heading subject and/or message body" 😕

First the link should end in .jpg or some other picture format
