Well, I dunno about independence, right now it's all about what China wants nothing more nothing less.
As far as Kashmir is concerned, history is a proof that Kashmir was an integral part of India. Now if someone backstabs and snatches the land from you, and keeps on shouting that this land is ours then...umm...I should stop this here as this argument will go round in circles.
