I feel people do this everywhere though. Who really goes out of their way to tell their peers etc their exact diet/exercise regime? Someone like Priyanka just says she eats everything and never stepped foot in a gym and looks the way she does due to mere genes. 😆

If anyone wants to have rapid weight loss with some diet then let me know. You should be willing to put some time and effort in the GYM also and that does not mean sitting and playing with your phones.

Yes. Some will say it's green tea. Clenbuterol actually works. You can increase its affect with Fish oil with omega 3. Both burn ridiculous amounts of fats especially in the mid body. I wouldn't call it safe or unsafe. Every product has its issues. But it works with some high intensity training at the gym.

Yes. I work out. Just simple diet isn't enough for those rock hard bodies or hour glass figures. Men mostly use trenbolone acetate and winstrol injections for that cutting and chiseled look. Girls use clenbuterol. You can also take premix drinks to extend endurance and recovery.
