There are so many far more deserving actress out there then her...I wouldnt have had a problem if they had awarded her the 'Helen award' as Helen was a dancer, and Katty is known for her dancing skill. But Smita Patil award is sooo out of her league...she is not even 5% on Par with Smita Patil's performances.

And blind fans who think she deserves this award should first go and see Smita Patil's performances first... Smita Patil was one of the finest actress BW ever had...and if even after 13 years KAty has refused to improve upon her non-existent skills, then its futile to expect her to reach even 5-10% of that stature.

copy pasting the award became tainted when deepika padukone with zero contribution received it(deepika received this award whn she had contributed to bollywood...i bought deepu to the topic bcoz she was one of the receipient of award who was undeserving)
giving the same shit to katrina does'nt mean anything...
by saying this im not supporting katrina it will b an insult to smita to mention both the actresses in the same line...

i think u got confused with ur own reply thats lame..the award became insignificant when a least deserving deepika won it against richa chadha nd kalki kochelin..now it doesnt matter whether its given to katrina,elli,jackie etc bcoz the award is tainted nd if ur judging by perfomance deepi's veronica act was laugh worthy compared to richa in GOW, nd kalki in shanghai...
nd katrina toh hai hi 3rd class actor bt deepika was not sm1 who deserves it for cocktail

hey i got ur point ur saying the award became shit when PR-mata won it for cocktail that year had more powerful perfomances than her she was no star...who had B2B flops it was insult to patil then too to give memorial award to mata the award became a mockery that moment...now it actually does'nt make a difference when even shittier actress has won it... either way neither PR-made star nor floprina deserves it IMHO
