^Seems like you didn't recognize why I posted bad reviews too. Why should I pick the ones where she was appreciated alone? Wouldn't that tide the discussion in my favour? The whole point of posting positive, negative and mixed reviews was to ensure a neutral tone (even though I may be biased, I put the effort to be as neutral as possible).
.I checked out four names which I recognize- The Hindu , Times of India, Hindustan times and NDTV...While ALL of them have heavily criticized her acting in general.

Really? Is this what you called heavily criticizing?

TOI: Aishwarya presents Dalbir, fraying, yet growing under strain. There are theatrical moments like Dalbir addressing a Red Fort rally or ticking off fatwa fans in Lahore. In trying to show her strain, Dalbir's make-up grows too grey, the effort too palpable. But scenes like Dalbir being hit by gunmen of the Punjab CM - who watches with elegant disinterest - move you.

Guess you and I read it differently I suppose.

I never said her diction or dialogue delivery is flawless, I spoke about her accent.. you're putting words in my mouth by saying that and conveniently painting me as a blind fan whose opinions can easily be dismissed. Ah well, so be it then.

I am okay with your opinion, but not the way you claim certain things and pass them off as facts. The only reason I put those links up is because I wanted to prove your claim wrong.. you asked me for ten links and I gave you ten.

Ummm.. Just because these characters are well-to-do doesn't mean they're shielded from pain & hurt & do not have problems. What now. 😆 I loved D3 for its content & occasional flashes of dark humour, to me it was a very well-written & directed movie but as a few bang-on correctly pointed out, this is Kjo we are talking about & his obsession for beauty & wealth has become his solid trademark now. 😆 😆 No wonder Kareena is his sister, lol!

Anyway, it was obvious that all were rich & that Alizeh was from a royal family seeing her clothes ESP in the wedding scene & the general 'tehzeeb' of her character.. She looks so pretty there & with long hair. the only one who is a mystery is Saba.. But again her character is defined by her beauty & no-one can accept her or look beyond her face.. Is Ash playing herself? 😆 😆

^^ Loool that's never going to happen, don't worry, but for the record I don't think he's 'in love' with Fawad but definitely besotted & infatuated! I do feel he is/was in love with Sid M though. Dunno why. I just do. 😆

these so called bold scenes already looks OTT and forced to me, that cream licking scene is just to entice all. pretty lame, i don't even find them bold. 😆who can forget kjos pathetic kank the tank😆.i remember big deal made kank the tank some masterpiece from kjo all unnecessary shor sharaba,...oh the movie is so bold, rani is brave to take such a role, blah blah...in the end nothing bold, it was cheap and kjo's another wannabe attempt at being hakte...meaning oh look...i am so bold.
bold bold bold...😆

after reading the synopsis, seems like this is another 'hatke' attempt from kjo.
2 love birds and bring another divorcee or married to do some damage...lol.

chalo...lets hope, this time kjo's product does come out as hatke.
i am just worried about biru...if this one tanks...not good at all, thank god its diwali release, hopefully it sails thru at box office!

@Red: Whatever that means...😕...

With all due respect, I don't really care if you are a blind fan or a neutral one...Opinions are opinions whether they are of the fan or the neutral one or an unbiased critique...Ultimately what matters is ones own perception of the things...
@blue:Lets end this on something we agree...Though I just don't know how one can separate accent from the dialog delivery?

WTH is an Urdu accent...aren't Hindi and Urdu the same except for a few different words...a proficient fluent unaccented Hindi speaker will have no accent when speaking Urdu either...at the most he/she may not get the pronunciation of the Persian/Arabic words right but accent kahaan se aaya??
If you tell me DP does not get Urdu right I will concede on that point cause she barely speaks unaccented Hindi and has tinges of South Indian accent creeping in but since when has Ash developed accent problems with Hindi/Urdu😕

Also isn't an accent associated with a place rather than a language ... So how can Urdu or any language have a standardised accent??
