Sidharth To Have Dual Roles In Bang Bang Sequel

Sidharth Malhitra's last film Baar Baar Dekho tanked at the box office. But the actor is having a few releases in hand. He is currently shooting for Bang Bang sequel in Mumbai.

We hear that Sid plays a military man in the film. As a commando, he will have a lot of action to do. The actor has also shot for some crazy action scenes as well for the Krishna and DK film.

But whats interesting is that he has a double role in the film. Sid plays dual characters in the action saga and is paired opposite Jacqueline Fernandez.

Samina Shaikh & Rachana Dubey | Oct 20, 2016, 07.35 PM IST Recently, Sidharth Malhotra was captured at an event. The actor spoke EXCLUSIVELY to Bombay Times about 'Bang Bang' sequel. Sidharth Malhotra addressed the sequel as 'popcorn action film' because for him, it is not a serious film.
Talking about it, Sidharth said, "It's very interesting, gritty action. We have an international action choreographer Cyril, who has done the 'Transporter' series in Hollywood. He has trained me a lot. I have got bruises multiple number of times, but it's fun."

We already know that Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor would be seen in double roles next year in Judwaa 2 and Mubarakan respectively. However, looks like Sidharth Malhotra has also joined this bandwagon. Yes, Sidharth Malhotra, who is currently busy shooting his next " Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK's film, is playing a double role too. The movie is essentially Bang Bang 2 but has been tentatively titled Reloaded. The film stars Jacqueline Fernandez opposite him. But yes, there's more... A source close to the movie reveals to us, "Sidharth has a double role in the film. It's a very action film with lots of comedy and humour elements in it, in true DK-Raj style. Sid will be seen doing some raw hand-to-hand combat scenes for this film where he will be seen as a man on a mission."

Our khabri adds that the two characters that Sid plays in the film will be diametrically opposite to each other. "The film has one more schedule left post this and it will be complete. It's expected to release around June-July next summer," says the source.

Jacqueline and Sidharth have already shot for the movie in America and after their second International schedule in Thailand or Malaysia got cancelled due to budgetary issues, the actors have been shooting for Reloaded in Mumbai. Sidharth and Jacqueline are very stoked about the project, however with budgetary issues already, we don't know what to expect. Apart from Sid and Jackie, Suniel Shetty is also be a part of the film! Yes, Suniel will be playing an ex-colonel officer in Reloaded and he will be mentoring a group of fresh recruits for his agency. While the Miami schedule was more about Sid and Jacqueline's romance, a major chunk of action sequences is being shot during the current Mumbai schedule. Post the Mumbai shoot wrap up, the producers - Fox Star Studios will decide if or when the shoot will take place at some other International location.
