this was one of the dumbest movies EVER made with cringeworthy performance by each and every one

that was a very stupid scene and moreover a very stupid reason for break-up

strictly speaking about the film

Meera was brought up by her dad mainly as her mom went away with the other person
she knew that her dad was alone so she may be did not want to leave him alone ever
she did not want to repeat the actions of her mom and break her dad's heart
but slowly Samar began to captivate her heart and she fell in love with him
but by that time her dad had already fixed her marriage with the other guy
she did not have the heart to refuse him and marry Samar without his approval
so she made that promise in Church that she will never cross the line of friendship
and if she does then god can punish them however he wants
she specifically told Samar that this promise was for her not for him
later before the Saans song Samar warned her that she was crossing her line
but she ignored him and went with the flow of her emotions
but then Samar had that accident she felt God punished Samar for her mistake
so she promised God if He saves him she will never meet him again
she feared for his life she did not want any further harm to come to Samar
she got sort of superstitious here
