Why would it be banned! Haven't there been movies in the past where we have had characters belonging to India and Pakistan! Was Veer Zaara banned?

just for the sake of curiosity asking a que... cz i was a kid back then and didn't keep tabs on what happened about banning etc..
Did the banning happen to Veer Zaara too? In Pakistan or anywhere else in India? As far as I remember Indians rejoiced Veer finally returning to India with his Zaara! I remember even I cried when he took blessings touching the soil of his motherland and crossed the border! 😳

My biggest fear is that the other team may stir some controversy Coz of ADHM's Pak angle. I don't think there is anything related to religion or country in movie, but if they manage to make it Lord Shiva vs Paki story, we'll be gone

Can't wrap my head around the stupidity of banning movies bcoz of showing inter religion relationships!

I think Ranjhana was banned as well. I hope the nationality or religion angle remains discrete in the trailer and in the movie too.

I think it was banned in Pakistan. Anyway, this can be a sensitive topic for a lot of people. But m hoping Kjo will handle it sensibly without offending either community.

The thing is when you pray hard for something to succeed.. littlest things scare you!! I believe that is what happening with us... there may not be anything controversial but as RR said opposite party can give it a different angle! Anyways we shouldn't give them this idea..you know how they copy ideas from IF and make it a blind item!! 😆
