The producers of SOS had lost the case at the tribunal. YRF had released a statement when the producers of SOS decided to approach the tribunal and if I'm not wrong they released a statement even after they won the case.

Talk about it. The negative campaign massively took down Dilwale and MD. While mediocre BM and Rustom were made to seem like classics. Glad that Kjo has learnt from SRK's mistake.
