Honestly, with 150 cr budget , Shivaay doesn't stand a chance to be hit, even without clash. I couldn't tolerate the promo .
That's why AD is nervous and rightly so .
It'll be another MJ .

Shivaay has chance of being a Hit/SuperHit. ADHM has chance being disaster like Bombay Velvet.

Even if ADHM didn't clash...it wouldn't even be Hit.

As far as movie opinion goes, that is yours to have...for me, shivaay' trailer is all over the place n didn't do justice to ajay, the actor...I actually love his n ranbir's acting...ranbir has made really bad choices in movies of late except maybe a few...n this one, at least in trailer he is rocking it...n looks like a hit 😃
