Married biological parents r legal guardians for their children..whether they r divorced or together..baby is their responsibility..even when abnormal..they r forced to take care of the child by law. Though most would do so out of love and don't need compulsion.

But there is no such compulsion in case of surrogate babies

are did i say anywhere ki iam against surrogacy... I just said it is a good step banning commercial surrogacy... I dont hate srk ... Infact i dont believe in fangirling or hating... And not judging u... But i have seen many ppl who hate on the govt becoz they think that the govt favours salman and hates srk or aamir... Believe me i have seen many ppl like that in real life too...

U are raising these questions because right now there is no proper act which takes care of these very valid questions...this is not an easy issue and that is why they took the easy way out of banning it.
