kamwali bais, cooks, drivers, gardeners, servants, watchman ke saath saath womb-for-rent bhi saste mein mil rahe toh what's the need of rich mothers (who doesn't have any medical problems) to go through the pain of pregnancy, career disturbance and ruin their figure?

India is world's best outsourcing destination and has become surrogacy hub also

and what's the need of parents who are blessed with one or two babies go for surrogacy? rights ke saath saath responsibilities( towards the nation) bhi hona chahiye na?😕

As a doctor, I can tell u what problems will occur after a blanket ban..illegal surrogacy..the same issue which occurred when abortions were taboo..the laws need to be stringent, yes!! Definitely..both the surrogate and the baby need to be protected..there can be clear laws committed to both..if the issue is of abandonment, then specific laws can be made to prevent it..same if the surrogate refuses to part with the baby..but making a general statement that it shud be banned is never a solution..single parents will find it equally difficult to have a baby via surrogacy or adoption..same goes with live in couples..but taking that option from the table is not sensible..trust me when i say this, NOW exploitation of poor women will happen even more..coz now they have no laws protecting them at all.. the problem is we refuse to come up with solutions and further take the pain of seeing them thru..it looks complicated, So let us ban it..it never works..all it does is give rise to exploitation of those who are unable to reach out for help..

BC pehle khud rote hai jab Movie leak ho jaati hai ...Govt step leti hai tab bhi rote hai 😆
