Sonu is more experienced singer than Arijit who is comparatively a newcomer. So you cannot compare the two. Sonu can be compared to Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu etc who sang in the 90s and 2000s. Now its between Arijit, Armaan, Atif etc.

After reaching a certain point in fame and glory, the playback singers semi retire, like Kumar Sanu, Udit have done. Only now and then they sing a song or two, like Sonu also does now.

Sonu has not left BW, hes still singing playback occasionally his songs still do great in the music charts.

Both Sonu and Arijit are best at singing emotional, romantic songs. But Arijit has also successfully sung fast paced songs, dance numbers, so hes more versatile I think.

Sonu is versatile and amazing,while Arijit is also good, but I started feeling that all Airjit songs are of the same ragas.. all songs sound the same to me..

I have been Sonu fan since childhood and will always be... ⭐️

There is absolutely no comparison between them...
