Anees Bazmee's family-comedy creates friction between chachabhatija which spills out during a destination wedding in Europe.

Mirror (June 14) had earlier informed that Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor are teaming up for the first time in Anees Bazmee's upcoming family comedy, Mubaraka, touted as The Big Fat Greek Wedding meets-No Entry. Now we hear that although the duo is playing chachabhatija, they belong to warring families splintered over a misunderstanding.

Says a source close to the development, "The film kicks off in Punjab but both families are invited to a destination wedding in Europe and put up in houses facing each other. The uncle and nephew try to outdo each other by playing pranks on each other's families, the one-upmanship wrecking havoc with the wedding prep leading to much hilarity. The film rolls in November and the team is currently finalising locations abroad."

The source adds, "It's the story of an extended Punjabi family. There are misunderstandings in every family. Our film has a lot of romance, comedy and a big fat Indian wedding. The shoot will take place in Mumbai, parts of Punjab and either Spain or London.

Bazmee, when contacted, refused to comment saying it's too early to divulge details.
