Deepika Padukone and Aamir Khan to team up for 'Thug'?

Buzz is that YRF has approached Deepika to star opposite Aamir in the pirate film...

YRF's Thug is finally going on the floors early next year. After a lot of permutations and combinations, director Vijay Krishna Acharya seems to have found his cast.

While Hrithik Roshan was initially approached to play the lead role, it is Aamir who has replaced him in the adventure film. Now we hear that makers have again approached Deepika Padukone to star as the leading lady.

Why again? Deepika was also offered the film pehle but she refused to take it up. Victor has reworked on the script and the role of the heroine too has changed now. Will DP say yes?

If she does, it will be her first film with Aamir. Now the ball is in Deepika 's court.

Is Deepika offered every movie??? 🤔

Article always ends with a Question mark be it a movie with Hrithik, Salman, SRK and now Aamir 😕

If this materializes and Aamir works for the first time with both Big B and Deepika in a complete commercial film, then this will be the film setting new benchmarks for Bollywood 😊

Of course have to add that a lot will depend on how Dangal is received - as in - if the controversy has affected Aamir's overall box office standing or not. If it hasn't then all is well and new records shall be made.

Not every movie but most big movies for sure. And not just her it must be offered to other top actresses too. Hardly surprising cause everyone wants to work with the biggest stars male or female.

She sure is supposed to be in every big movie next year... Will she clone herself to be able to work on Tubelight, ALR's next, Thug and Padmavati ?

Also since she is currently sitting free without finalising any project unlike other top heroines whose schedules are full, it may be media conjecture in some cases rather than her PR which is continuously linking her to projects.
