Sultan grossed around 1.75 crore nett in its fifth weekend which is drop of little over 50% from the last weekend. The total of the film is now in touching distance of 300 crore nett and the drop in the fifth weekend is the best in its run as all other weeks have seen a drop of 65% or more. If we compare the figures of this year in week five then the business it has done in the fifth weekend is more than any other film this year has done in the fifth week. This tells the difference in appreciation for Sultan compared to others that despite almost 300 up on the board it is still easily collects more than others in week five.The business of Sultan till date is as follows.

The business of Mumbai is 85 crore nett which is 5 crore nett behind Bajrangi Bhaijaan. in Delhi / UP the business is 60 crore nett which is 10 crore nett behind Bajrangi Bhaijaan but that is due to different entertainment tax rates between the films. Sultan has beaten Bajrangi Bhaijaan in Rajasthan, Nizam / Andhra, Mysore and Tamil Nadu / Kerala. Nizam / Andhra and Mysore is due to Baahubali which released at the time of Bajrangi Bhaijaan while Tamil Nadu / Kerala is because Bajrangi Bhaijaan did not do well there.
