Sanam is acting in a Telefilm 'Ek thi Maryam' based on the true story of first Pakistani female Pilot Maryam Mukhtar (Shaheed), who embraced martyrdom during training!! She resembles her so much its uncanny..

I've not watched that many shows but whatever I've seen Sanam is effortlessly talented but probably unambitious. I could be wrong but either she is laid back or too choosy. Haven't watched any of Saba's shows except dastaan.
