Aankita not in slb's next

Though there have been reports about Aankita Lokhande being considered for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next, which is based on queenPadmavati, the film's spokesperson says there is no truth to these speculations.


According to a source there were reports that the actress had been signed for a role in 'Bajirao Mastani'. Now, similar reports are doing the rounds. Bhansali's film is highly anticipated, but there has been no official confirmation on the final casting. Aankita is not being considered for a role in the movie.

Apparently, Aankita has been trying to foray into Bollywood for a while now. Rumours are rife that Bhansali has signed Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singhfor his film, but an official confirmation is awaited.

The spokesperson of the movie says, "Aankita has not been signed for the film. Hope this puts an end to the speculation."
