I think this is of early morning and road look like bandra bandstand just in front of srk bungalow which is normally empty road. They are just doing movie promotion with hum saath saath hain pose pakao stars with pakao gimmicks 😆

But its not just a simple bike ride, he has his entourage with him. That does impede the flow of traffic, it may not be much but it does become a social event. Again there isnt much of a issue had it not been for the blatant hypocrisy of Abhijeet and others while the film fraternity remained mum while he was caling the common man some street dogs just because they were sleeping. Heck some people even said the same and said people shouldnt have been sleeping on the street.
