I am actually bemused how some trollers are going on questioning the authenticity of the trailer. Yes I agree that the trailer does not has a rustic feel to it well because we are going to an era in its present time zone...ofcourse things had to be new than rustic. This video by an archaeologists proves how much authentic the trailer has been.

It clearly shows boats being the only source of crossing rivers during Harappan culture. The seals with a unicorn like animal on it. I still don't believe people questioned the presence of horses in the trailer. Just notice the similarity in the original site and the one used in trailer...the trapezium shaped buildings which many trashed as poor vfx. In the end of the video the archaeologist clearly says that how the civilization ended is still a mystery bot two most common theories are it either ended due to invasions or floods/earthquakes (as shown in trailer at end).

And there was the stupid controversy over can crocos jump...well wish some people googled stuff before coming to conclusions. Crocos can very well jump to great heights. They do this generally in lure of food or when they attack.

The seal with a emperor like figure shows that how the richer and powerful used to get dressed (the way Kabir bedi has been shown with the devilish head gear)

Then there were seals of tiger fights and we know there is a tiger fight in the film as well

Coming to Pooja's look and its comparison with Cannes and all well I agree that her look is quite stylish but the truth is that skin show was a very common phenomenon in Harappan culture. Women did not cover their breasts and the only clothing they used to have was around their waist/pelvic area. Other than that they wore ornate jewellery and headdress made of flowers and other material.

As for the thing over just a 'kiss', well this was the harappans definition of sex life.

Now I just wonder from where does all those stupid arguments even come from.

I feel everyone is entitled to their opinion if they like the trailer or not but calling it unauthentic is too much of an insult to the hardwork everyone has put in this massive project.

Thank you.
Or if people still doubt the accuracy, or want something more historic, and not the typical BW love story...they can watch documentaries on geographic channels.

Thank you for this Malika.
I am glad that someone especially from the media has pointed out and acknowledged the trailer having some authentic traits of that era, also its a pleasure to read that most of the highlighted factors and infact the criticized factors of the trailer has turned out to be taken directly from whatever little history of that era was/is known.

Hope the film will be more impactful and will surprise the critics too, and turn out to be a successful one, Fingers crossed.
