Fawad is not only the right choice because he physically fits the role but because of the poet part too.

Sahir ludhianwni was an urdu poet .. you need an urdu diction .. that authentic jargon .. and Fawad has that .. his diction is flawless and he even converses normal things like poetry! 😳

Parinneti is a brilliant choice too!

Fawad is a great choice for Ludhianvi, not so sure abt Pari as Amrita Pritam but I guess she will be fine if she tries, shes not a bad actress.

Yup! But this film is like Shuddhi...cast and recast multiple times. Dont know if it will ever get made.

I am not sure if Parineeti is a good choice for this role because she has this bubbly-girl-next-door image which she has tried to override and turn into a sexy-fit image with her recent videos... But I am not able to imagine her play a heavy character driven role ... Hoping for the best
