Randeep never had a career to begin with..

For Aishwarya ,a lot depends on how ADHM fares .If that also flunks the test ,she is definitely done.

What career? Randeep does not have an establish career to begin with. He's extremely underrated. Sad that people are not recognizing talent like him.

Randeep never had a career as a leading man. His only shot at it was one of the Murder series films and with it flopping that put an end to his leading man career. Even In Sarabjit he might have played the titular character but Ash was the main lead.

As for Ash with two flops she joins ranks of Madhuri. Now directors wanting to approach her as the main lead might find it tough to get backers for their films. Drama was never her forte and she should have never such films which expose her weakness as an actress.

Aish can deliver hits only with big heroes. She never had a strong box office pull or even critical acclaim to begin with. Randeep has always played secondary roles , be it opposite Emraan , Alia or Aish. As he's a good actor do he will continue to get good roles in low budget films whereas Aish's only savior will be her beauty queen tag and her commercials if ADHM flops too.

Hooda plays Sarbjit the title character's name, but even the poster had Ash. She was the main face of promo, so if it fails she is bearing the brunt of it, not Hooda. But she is in her 40s, this is her second wind. If it fails she will go back to being Ara's mom and Bachchan bahu and keep Abhi company. BigB seems like the only actor who can still get a career going in that family.

As for Hooda, he will keep getting these intense roles and having an interesting resume. I don't think he is interested in pursuing top tier hero.
