Fans do expect their star to get those awards, but what's their to mock a Super Star who is here in industry for 27 years now.

Just coz he is giving bigger hits than their fav, this kind of bashing is done, for them this should be an Eye-Opener.

I think to be fair. BO pull is what any star needs. Acting at the end of the day is all subjective matter. For general audience Dabangg or Bodyguard can be more appealing than likeable than NA award winning films/performances. Mind you I don't see why is Dabangg so mocked here. Many well known critics even praised the film and especially due to Salman and his iconic portrayal of a corrupted but heroic cop.Many of those who are now using Anupama Chopra's review on Fan to defend SRK's performance must also consider her review on Dabangg and claiming it's one of the best character portrayals in recent times. Just like Bajrangi, Dabangg took many Best Film Awards including National award.

Anyway. Salman's proved his acting skills to them critics with likes of Barjatya films, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Love, Khamoshi, Saajan, KKHH, Tere Naam, Phir Milenge, Dabangg and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

and his stardom with big openings for his flop films to his blockbuster streak. May he continue doing what he does best. Which is entertain 👏

But its always the case with every other star whether they are form 27 yrs or 27 months , whether giving hit or flops , whether winning award or not ...you give some you take some .

Anyways as i edited my previous comment that i don't consider him a non-actor not do i consider his a brilliant actor but i think he is a CERTAIN type of actor and recently i loved him in BB but hated in PRDP.
