You gotta show that face, and build contacts. As they say jo dikhta hai wahi bikhta hai. For that you need a car, you need new clothes for every time, happening places where you can get noticed etc. All this costs a LOT

Your renter is probably engaged in soliciting hence why she needs a private place for herself. One of it is the bed room, other is living room and kitchen and the other room is where all the business takes place.
