She never gave the profession the respect it deserved...always brushing off and laughing at others who were passionate about the craft. Loss of talent, but can't say it doesn't serve her intentions right. If she's done doing time pass on Daddy's ticket, why be regretful?

I doubt Sonakshi career is down, she never was on top and her types of movies will come. She is part of BW family and will get roles or else Shatru ji will himself produce.

Sonakshi is the jewel in the crown of the Sinha family. I don't think even Shatru would have thought his daughter would be the kid that succeeded in movies. Her career is a time pass, she is in it for the money. She will make a Lootera to shut critics up but I don't think she gets career angst. She will get married to someone very big in business or politics and soon IMO. I give her max 3 years in BW.

Not surprised at all. Sonakshi did the same kind of roles in the same kind of films consistently. What more can you expect. She scored minus on the versatility chart as compared to her contemporaries.

That's not why she did it. She was roped in to play the role, laughed off Vikramaditya Motwani and Ranveer on sets when they would try to talk to her about the character or story's nuances, and later chose Rowdy Rathore when asked in an interview about which was closer to her heart. She doesn't care about critical acclaim or substantial work. The flailing is simply for the economical rewards of the career.

Its like Kareena and Saif when they say they dont watch hindi films. Why even work in it for you're not passionate about it? I wish they were written off long time ago. Anyways, Sona deserves it. She deserves no films if she's just in it for money rather than the critical aspect of arts.
