Huma Qureshi refuses role along with Sonam Kapoor

Huma Qureshi refuses for an all-girls road trip based movie with Sonam Kapoor.

After the box office success of 'Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo' Sonam Kapoor is now set to do her next film produced by Rhea Kapoor.

The movie is based on an all-girls road trip of Sonam and three other girls. Swara Bhaskar has been confirmed as one of the friends for the film.

When Huma Qureshi was approached, apparently she refused to share screen space with Sonam and refused the role. No confirmation has come regarding the same. There are also no further details given regarding the film either.

Huma is currently working for the film 'White' which is a Malayalam movie to be released on 13th May 2016.

It will take any actor guts to act in a movie with papa ki pari produced by papa himself. Why dont AKFC go for a co-production with Excel or Dharma.

Exactly.

I think most of them know that the spotlight will be mainly on Sonam during the entire movie. Though Aisha and Khoobsurat are one my favourites, It's glaringly obvious that all her movies are too focused on Sonam and the others just have to make do with what they get. I doubt many would like that.

I want this movie to be made with good star cast...

Why do women have such insecurities? When male actors can work in multi hero movies, why not females?

HUMA should have done coz there wll be 2 other girls too. btw Anil Kapoor production se jo bhi launch hua haye us ka future bada acha gaye haye whether its amit tridevi or badshah or lisa hayden or fawad or amrita or arundoy
she could have given a shot

Jacqueline is busy and Asin put an end to her career. But don't worry, Swara seems to be part of the movie.

Being part of a light hearted chick flick would have done her good. Huma doesn't seem busy so I wonder what are the reasons behind her refusal. It's not as if she's crawling under the offers.
