the kind of craze she has in male population..only katrina has enjoyed in the past and no one from her contemporary has that be it alia or parineeti

yes acting is average but when it couldn't stop katrina..why would it stop her

shradha has become a huge selling point of her movies..and people love her for that innocent face with sex appeal..a rare and killer combo

she is the next superstar in the making?

Shraddha's career trajectory bears uncanny resemblances to Kat. Both disappeared after their debuts but came back all guns blazing at the BO.

i think she is very lucky, the films she chooses do well at the box office and one reason is also because her films dont hav a very high budget either

The higher the budget the harder it is for the film to get the hit tag

but she can't act very well, in the bhaaghi reviews her performance is getting slammed

so i put it down to her choosing films with lower budgets but hav elements to them that will attract the audience to the box office

but i dont know is she will become a superstar, the roles she has played haven't been anything different or significant to the films

The best thing that can come out of her doing well is it will be a slap to ppl like Adi Chopra who think they can control careers of ppl and arm twist them into accepting whatever trash he offers cos refusing him means no film from the PH in future 😆

she really stood out to general population in A2, ek villain and abcd 2 !

haider was critically acclaimed

however i don't feel like she is the next superstar or katrina for that matter

she is not someone everyone talks about ( bad or good )

there is no craze over her, yes she has a male fan base but i honestly don't see guy going gaga over her like they did over katrina,deepika,ash !

i don't see girls going crazy over her looks or fashion either

the other day in this forum there was a legit discussion whether she is pretty or not ...

actually none of the girls of this generation really stand out ... she is 27 this year yes she looks young but katrina started very young in the industry !

no one really knew who Shradha was before A2 and when one asks the general population to name their fav actress/preetiest actress

i really believe her name will be a rare mention

so not i don't see her making the impact of a superstar unless she pulls a deepika like cocktail !

Right from aashiqui 3 to baaghi she has played the sweet girl damsel in distress kind of role...where the hero is running after her...all mostly love stories. The baaghi reviews say that she looks great but her sweet girl act is getting repetitive. But if it's selling she can keep doing it. She seems to also have luck on her side in terms of box office n has had opportunity to work with all the new young actors..all fresh pairings.

Now that I come to think of it, she can do everything other than acting. She can dance, sing and do action too (case in point: Baaghi). She might surprise everyone like Deepika (cocktail) or Sonam (Neerja). Even Kat had her high points during MBKD, NY and ZNMD.

Yes, she is an extremely good contender. But I feel her acting is a little better than Katrina while Katrina was more beautiful.. but only a little bit.. overall she is a good package. She is the best dancer of her generation.. more beautiful than Alia, Parineeti, Kriti etc. Alia and Parineeti better actresses but she can sell a commercial film well and do decent in shorter roles in good/critically-acclaimed films like Haider. She can express well too.. she just needs the right directors and she's there.

Her line up looks decent too. OKK should be a hit due to chemistry n music. Half GF might be a success as well considering AK n SK both would be coming together after recent success!
What else is she doing?
