May be he just didn't want another controversy...obviously he knew how wacky Kangana can be. I wont say that there arent any loopholes from his end but the fact of the matter is that Kangana has not been able to give a single proof of their alleged relationship, atleast he has some proofs to say that he is innocent. It cant be that HR is making up all the fake proofs and she's sitting idle at home. First of all she is a woman and that too a successful influential one. In today's time of social media, a woman always has a benefit of doubt given the feminazzi culture we have now-a-days. We all have seen how HR was bad-mouthed, and called names when this case started and Kangana was touted as a hero. Has anyone said anything bad against Kangana after leaking of mails? Has anyone from media said she needs psychiatric assistance? NO. They are just doing unbiased reporting here stating facts and not taking sides. Why? Because here the name of a woman is involved. What all I mean to say is that a woman of the stature and success of Kangana cannot be victimized publicly specially if she is not wrong. She had full media support when it all started but soon the support dwindled. Till now no BW star has taken HR's side. Why? Because even Kangana is a big name and no one wants to sound patriarchal or sexist here. So in case Kangana even had one good proof in her kitty she could have spun the whole case in her favor and HR's career would have gone for a toss.

But the truth is that she doesn't has any proof. No mail, no message, no photograph, no media encounters to prove they were a couple. No personal photographs, no hotel reservations (if they really stayed in Paris), no passport proofs, no call recordings, no gifts from HR. NOTHING!! Then why is one supposed to believe her? HR might not be 100% convincing but he atleast he is 90% there whereas Kangana is totally out of focus.
