Something is not working for him. He is choosing wrong movies, tried to enter masala genre... he should have continued in his own path...

WHile Akki is doing airlift and rustom, movies with fresh and interesting stories... Srk is lost...

Bingo! Other Khan fans laughing at Fan flopping are forgetting the three of them keep this illusion of being invincible by propping up each other. One goes down and the others too are automatically threatened. SRK pretty much kept the illusion alive for two decades single handedly. Now its the turn of Salman and Aamir to return the favor to SRK.

On topic: TM perhaps its time for HR to claim the no 3 position or even no 1 or no 2 with GENUINE collections of his next movie.

I am still digesting the fact that FAN has been a fail.

Coming to your post, yes, the 3 Khans have always been mentioned together as one spirit ruling Bollywood. Well said.

However, on the other hand, saying that SRK is on no. 3 is something I do not agree with. We all know that he has been the most consistent actor for the past two decades. Everyone has seen a flops-stage in their lives; Aamir hibernated and Salman was giving continuous flops in the early and mid 2000s. Point is that just because SRK is giving recent flops and FAN was a bomb at the Box Office, does not mean that he automatically gets downgraded to no. 3 from all 3 Khans. I am not saying that SRK cannot be no. 3, but he cannot be no. 3 on the basis of how you calculated above.

As for somebody taking over the apparent third place, I for one, do not see that happening any time soon. SRK is a versatile and very well established actor. At this stage in his life, and after achieving the status of the biggest superstar in Bollywood, it is not easy to shake his niche. Yes, Akki is a brilliant actor and I love him, but in my opinion, SRK is a notch better. HR is nowhere close to SRK. SRK can blend himself into different variations as an actor, whereas HR is very restrictive.

Numbers are definitely very important in today's era. A majority of SRK's movies are high grossers (even movies like RaOne earned 100Cr+ at the BO despite being a crappy script). The idea to be collected is that SRK is a commercial success already and reverting that is impossible. FAN was a mediocre movie, no masala, no music, no romance - this is the reason why it failed at the BO. Declaring SRK as a drowning ship on this basis is obviously not feasible.

Lolwut. Aamir has just 3-4 flops since 1995 - 1947 Earth, Mann, Mela and perhaps MP. Even MP was an underperformer rather than a pure flop. SRK himself has many more flops in the same period - English Babu Desi Mem, Chaahat, Army, Koyla, Duplicate, Dil se, Baadshah, PBDHH. 1 2 Ka 4, Asoka, Shakti, Swades and Paheli. SRK ki saari hits in flops ko cover dene mein chali gayi 😉 Aamir ki 3-4 flops ko cover dene ke liye kuchh bachaa hi nahin. 😃

HR fans need to relax...The idol is on verge of pushed out of top 10...Last heard KR was taking the pansy to cleaners...Bad Actor...botched BO collections...image gone to cleaners...What will he do next...Ekta TV soaps???

Pap Roshan is known for making scientific movies for his son and Ekta is known for making serials like Ichadari Naagins ,Chipklis etc if they both team up and make a movie it'll be worth watching.Hrithik will be perfect as Ichadari Naag transforming into Ichadari M*nkey in love with Ichadari Ch*pkali.😆

Maybe in BOI's La La Land where the likes of MNIK, Chalte Chalte and Ra. One are hits. Not in the real world though. And Ishq was a clean hit of course - comfortably ahead of any SRK film in the late 90s barring KKHH and DTPH. Ghulam btw was a Commission Earner/Overflow type. Nobody considers it a hit, Similarly Sarfarosh was an Above average/Semi Hit type. Now had these been SRK starrers, BOI probably would have called them hits! 😃

Nah. Didn't forget them at all. Didn't include them as none of these films released post '95. Just as I didn't include Zamaana Deewana, Trimurti, Guddu, Oh Darling Yeh Hai India and Ram Jaane. 😉

Nah. Didn't forget them at all. Didn't include them as none of these films released post '95. Just as I didn't include Zamaana Deewana, Trimurti, Guddu, Oh Darling Yeh Hai India and Ram Jaane. 😉
