Don't know about the outside world & industry but haters on IF will even then say HR bribed the cyber police, HR hacked, HR deleted, HR came to Kangy's home and deleted all messages from her mobile, burnt all pics and what not, but they will never accept that she is a delusional, crazy foolish lady who lies 24X7.

He would not even go for a legal tussle if he would be lying or would have a weak case, he does not have an ego which could be as big and as destructive to foil his whole career and reputation. He himself took a stand means he knows he can win this and he has enough proofs.

If Kangna's nxt two films flop, the same members here who keep worshiping her national wards and her courage will start bashing her, criticizing her, and might even praise HR for exposing Kangna's psychopathic side to one and all. 😆

he filed a case in 2014

he again filed a case in 2016

seriously, people need to use their brains...

you can be jailed for filing false cases, doesn't he know that? and that too against a very prominent actress who is known to give adverse opinions about everything she diasagrees with?

That's the reason why it's assigned to cyber police. They check IP address of laptop or host not the Network and broadcast IP address.

Creating account , sending mails are transactions. Cyber police is locating the transactions like where the account is created and from where mails are sent. So it seems when mail sending transactions happened in US too.

exactly, the fact that ip addresses from where the email id has been used and accessed to send emails i.e the transaction records will be identified, not from where an id was created!😆 they are cyber cops who are definitely more knowledgeable than us laymans !!!

however I m eager to see what excuse the FAMOUS lawyer now comes up with..😃

Cops say
A senior police officer from cyber police station said, "We are investigating the matter. Hrithik had given information about impostor conversing through the e-mail ID hroshan@email.com. We traced the IP address of the ID, and got location of a place in America. We suspect the e-mail is entirely operating from America."
The officer added, "Hrithik has claimed Kangana was conversing with the said impostor. After the matter came to light, Hrithik tried to call Kangana and explain the situation but she never took his calls. On the other side, Kangana has claimed that Hrithik was the one who was chatting with her." Police officials said the exchanged e-mails contain extremely private pictures and videos.

An ugly battle between the two stars ensued after Hrithik sent a legal notice to Kangana, to which she issued a counter-notice. It got murkier, when Hrithik named Kangana in the FIR, which he recently filed on the matter, claiming she was the person conversing with his impostor. Cops had even sent summons to Kangana, asking her to give a statement, but she did not pay a visit to the cyber police station in BKC.
