We were pleasantly surprised to see Salman Khan's Sultan teaser release so suddenly. In fact, for long now there was buzz about Salman Khan's Sultan teaser being attached to Shah Rukh Khan'sFan that will release this Friday on April 15. But naturally we were left wondering why had Yash Raj Films surprised Khans fans. Unlike in most Salman movies there was no real build up, but like most of his earlier films the Sultan teaser was hailed and relished by the star's fans. Well, we dug a little deeper to find out that there is indeed an understanding between SRK and Salman. And if Shah Rukh's recent interview was not enough proof, the early teaser unveiling just proves it.
A source revealed, "The plan was to initially reveal the Sultan teaser on April 15 along with Fan. But the team at YRF felt it would be unfair to do so and Salman had no issues when the makers decided to prepone it. In fact, most felt that if Sultan teaser came out on the day Shah Rukh's Fanreleased it would play a spoilsport and take away. It wouldn't be fair for audience to discuss Salman's Sultan avatar when they walked out of the theatres after watching Fan."
Now that that Sultan teaser is out in advance, one thing is clear that both Salman and Shah Rukh are having friendly terms even as far as work is concerned. SRK had in an interview revealed that he is willing to chat with friends Aditya Chopra and Farhan Akhtar and delay his film's release and confirmed that there will be no clash between Raees and Sultan. We at BollywoodLife had revealed that the much talked about Sultan-Raees clash has been averted much ahead of SRK's this official comment.
Often Bollywood wallahs are accused of plotting and scheming against each other, with this one simple move where Salman chose to not sabotageShah Rukh Khans moment, may the others can take a cue too.
