Neha Sharma looks far better than Alia and some others! She is so prettyyy. And she can actually act, unlike sum of the A-listers like Shraddha, Katrina etc.

Also there are others like Yami,Ileana, Esha gupta, Diana penty who seem to have bad luck. Aditi Rao Hydari is at least getting good projects because of her talent.

Kriti Sanon, Alia, Athiya r d worst of d lot - dunno how they are getting so many projects!

Esha Gupta while hot can barely act, same with Diana Penty, lets be honest. Now lets not make it like these girls are very talented and did not got their dues.

Yami is getting good projects, although flower pot roles, but still she doing okay. And Ileana is a huge south star, and her ventures with BW apart from Barfi failed, so it is like she went out without any chance.

Also people are really harsh with Alia, she is doing a fine job, and she is still miles better than her step sister. Shraddha while not really a good actor, is a hit machine, and note either of the girls have barely worked with traditonal big stars.

Also Kriti has only done 2 movies, Sunil Shetty's son I doubt will continue acting.

basically you are overreacting.

lthough Sonal, i feel like crying, that face deserved more screen time.

Again this thing called screen presence. I keep repeating this like a broken record. Does not matter if you are pretty, even drop dead gorgeous or if your acting is on point. If you are not making people look at you and remember you on screen, make you connect with them you are not going to have a long career.

I will be the first to criticize the opportunities Alia keeps getting, but she has screen presence. Kirti Sanon again sheer presence, Katrina is memorable and vast swaths obviously connected with her despite her limitations because of screen presence.

I don't think Athiya Shetty is getting opportunities like Alia and Kat ?

Diana penty could have been in game if she wants her at that time.she left industry coz of her bf.now she has signed one movie .it's not like she didn't get any movie it was her choice that she left. Neha face wise resembles surbhi jyoti and she got chances too in many movies bit she can't act .actually suno na sange marmur is the only song I like. Other than neha there are some girls who are beautiful and take it. Taapsee,shazaan,Giselle,radhika apte,riddhima

Yeah, but you're talking a film with SRK, Kajol who have massive screen presence and Varun Dhawan who is no slouch in the screen presence department himself. 😛 Kirti stands out among lesser mortals even in flat pictures and not dressed up to me. There was a picture not too long ago of her, SSR and his girlfriend going for dinner. Kirti is dressed down and she drew my eye and I was surprised. The TV gf of SSR hardly registered, she was a wash out that is how I think she may never make a dent on the big screen, but Kirti stands out among people with less charisma. I thought so that is why girl is in films, she stands out. The "IT" factor, whatever it is she has it. Heck the girl even managed to get noticed in Heropnati when everyone from Aamir to the aam admi in BW were going "Tiger, Tiger" and it was his film, but she was noticed more.
