Its for the kids. There are cases where Indian law has asked the woman to get a job and start earning her own money too. Its never unfair to anyone.
And as matter of fact no matter how many rape cases turned out to be false doesnt change the fact that rapes have become a common crime in this country. There is noway those laws can be changed. For that matter any law can be misused doesn't make the laws anti anything. Its the person using the law for their unfair advantage who should be held accountable.

I agree that some women misuse the laws. But the truth is that these so called anti-male laws were first put into place because there were so many real crimes being committed against women. These laws are required. Think about it, women took hundreds of years to get the respect and the laws in place .. I guess for so many centuries, women didn't even have a voice in society to even say that these were crimes. They were conditioned to face them as facts of life. I just wish in those times, women were as evolved as men of today, because within a short span of time of women getting these laws and some rights in the society, men have already started bringing their negative sides in limelight. Not that men are doing the wrong thing, I just wish women would have done the same long long time back. That would have saved the men of today from being duped using the laws that were put in place because of the crimes of past men. Not that today's men do not commit similar crimes, but then some do get punished in error.

Which law is not misused in India or anywhere else? LOL the vague video experts, please check the crime rates , the rape count ( those who are recorded), dowry cases and so on.
In India , the partner with more income usually pays alimony. Sanjay has gotten away with a great deal and I doubt karishma has even taken any amount. In many other countries or stats in US, the split is 50-50 , in case of no pre-nup.

@ CB - 10 lakh per month is nothing ...Karishma has got a poor bargain. Her lifestyle needs a few crore per month maintainence.

A house may be security for you and me, but for likes of Karishma, she isn't living on street, house means nothing to her. It can't fud her lifestyle.

Sanjay has got a very good deal and Karishma has got left-over peanuts !!

I feel Karishma has personally got a god deal. If she had gone for the alimony option, that would have stopped with her next marriage. Considering that she already has the next guy lined up, it made sense to go for a lump sum/property.

Divorce laws are highly favorable to men in India. Karisma has gotten peanuts. But no matter, she gotten the best thing of all - rid of that useless jerk from her life.

In the US and other western countries, she would have gotten half of everything earned. It's hilarious that Indian men cry and whine so much. They don't realize how good they have it.

🤗CB isn't anti-women...he states things without being diplomatic...and politically correct.

But on this topic, he misunderstood coz he is thinking that getting 10 lakh per month and house is too good. It will be good for likes of you and me, but Karishma's husband owns 5000cr ( or some obsene amount, I am not sure) Business.
10 Lakh will be less than his petrol expenses😆

If he was in UK, half of his earning would have gone to Karishma. I guess Karishma's lawyer sucks.

This article is written by Sanjay's PR I guess, coz its sounding as if Karishma got a good deal.
