Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur come to an agreement about custody of their children.
Supreme Court on Friday quashed Karisma Kapoor's FIR lodged against her husband Sunjay Kapur and in-laws.
The 41-year-old actress had filed an FIR alleging harassment from her in-laws.
The two have come to an agreement on modalities for separation before the Supreme Court.
Sunjay Kapur's father's house has been transferred in the name of Karisma Kapoor.
Sunjay purchased bonds worth Rs 14 crore for children with monthly interest of Rs 10 lakh from bonds for expense of kids, according to ANI.
Their agreement stated that the two children Samaira and Kiaan, from their 13-year-old marriage will be with the actress while Sunjay would get the visitation rights.
The modalities are being finalised in the Supreme Court on Friday.
After they tried to work the marriage out for few years, the couple filed a mutual consent divorce petition in the family court in Mumbai in 2014, but they disagreed on some issues before the final hearing in the case.
Meanwhile, Sunjay approached the Supreme Court, seeking transfer of the divorce petition from Mumbai to Delhi because the businessman was allegedly threatened by underworld don Ravi Pujari against entering the city.
Karisma was spotted outside the Supreme Court then, but her estranged husband was missing.
The celebrity couple was then asked to appear before the court to resolve their matrimonial dispute amicably.
