Kangana should file an FIR if she wants some action to be taken against him. I don't know what's stopping her from doing so. And Hrithik and his team would be incredibly stupid to release any of the material they have to the press. A criminal offense can be made against them not only for threatening her but for also leaking this material to the press. The press I think can also be booked for publishing it as the case is now in the legal realm.
